Working at the Service Desk provided me with hands-on experience in supporting users with a wide range of technical issues. My duties included handling incoming requests, performing initial troubleshooting and resolving common problems with accounts, devices and software. This work gave me a deeper understanding of the company, its people and the programmes they use every day.
